

Homegrown and hand picked are essential for superior quality food. No machine ever touches our produce. First we start with native virgin soil, than we add our own homemade compost, tons of it, and huge quantities of green manure grown on site. All this is broken down by nature(and some incredible biodynamic technology). The result is some of the most wonderful, rich, nutrient packed soil on the planet. To this we add some Central Washington sunshine, fresh Cascade mountain water and a dozen or so hardworking and loving hands. Voila, high quality scrumptious FOOD!
